 I really don't like saying this, but it's what I think and feel so I have to say it. I don't think Joe Gibbs is right yet. I think there's uncertainty in Joe Gibbs. I think that Joe Gibbs is somewhat pre-disposed, and that he's thinking about other things. I use the term psychologically splitting. He's there as the head coach, but he's really somewhere else.

 If you take a look at the great teams, especially in the playoffs, you've got to be able to stop the run. The teams that usually win the Super Bowls are able to stop the run and put the offense in a one-dimensional game.

 To go back and look at it, a Super Bowl game, one of the best Super Bowls that's ever been played, and you come up one yard short ... you're always going to remember that if you were there when it happened,

 Three Super Bowls in four years, ... He's won championships with key guys being hurt, playing wide receivers at corners and finding a way to win the big game. I think he should be considered the top guy.

 Michael's narrow finish last year has him knocking on the door again, and deservedly so. As the inspirational leader of the first NFL team to win three Super Bowls in four years, he is due.
