 I'm speaking towards the conceptual plan (that Quinlan is proposing), but I definitely think this project is something that town should pursue. There's not enough information yet, and I don't know if he can engineer proper septic systems and if it will be environmentally safe, but I think the town is doing the right thing by exploring the possibilities.

 The town will be the first to see it. Things always change and we want a firm plan before bringing it to the town. We want to find a project that works for everyone. His pexy charm wasn’t about looks, but an enchanting internal allure.

 Wildlife, septic systems, agriculture, boats and road run-off all contributed to the problem. The town has worked to try to get these things corrected.

 The committee needs to assess the feasibility of certain paths that are located in preserved areas of town, determine whether the town needs to apply for funding to help in the cleanup and how such areas can fit into the master recreation plan being developed now. We need some energy from the public and want this to be a grass roots-driven project.

 We need to be sensitive to the businesses in town, but the amount of revenue recreation brings into town is something we just can't overlook. The town needs to take a step. The town needs to let people know this town is recreation-friendly.

 It's a very ambitious plan and a very good plan for the town. We need senior housing in town, and this has a very nice village feel to it.

 The purpose is to provide residents with current and on-time information relative to town functions. Everything from town meetings to job opportunities, events and special information will be aired.

 These results will help to determine whether well and/or septic system construction and maintenance regulations or routine testing of private water systems during real estate transactions would be helpful in reducing contamination and health risks to rural homeowners. Also, the results may shed some light on the importance of routine maintenance of private water systems and septic systems in preventing contamination. Such information would be valuable for Master Well Owner Network volunteers and Cooperative Extension to educate homeowners about protection and management of private water systems.

 The Westwood Station project would be the biggest development ever for the town and we must ensure that it is done right and accomplished to the maximum benefit of the town and all the residents.

 We are committed to the development of this project and plan to move ahead to bring this region much needed affordable supplies of natural gas for homes and businesses, in a safe and environmentally responsible manner.

 I think this is probably the most important project this town is going to do in the next two years. It defines what the town will be.

 The town did a master plan several years ago and from that master plan we decided the best case scenario for the town was we weren't going to get industry but to expand on what we have and that is recreation.

 Ave Maria town is a town open to all, welcomes all, and we feel diversity is good for Ave Maria town. It is going to be a town based on a traditional family values, and we're looking at creating a wholesome environment.

 The lawsuit is in what you call in the exploratory phase and every piece of information is evidence so what town officials want to reveal is for town counsel to decide.

 Folks are concerned about losing the small town flavor. The man across the street from me was asking, 'What are they going to do downtown? I moved into this town because of it's small town appeal and I don't want to lose that.' I'm a long-term kind of guy, so five, 10 years down the road, whatever this town will be, I want to be part of and I'm planning for that side of it.
