 Is it $15 billion because of the collapse of the business-to-consumer market or it is $15 billion because sales growth slowed down by 50 percent in the last two quarters? Probably, it's a little bit of both, but I think it's more of the latter.

 I think investors have got to be more selective than usual for a few reasons. There's really a broader leadership in the market. There are a lot of finance stocks that are acting great. And that wasn't the case over the last two years to three months ago. This is pretty recent. And as you know the tech stocks have taken a big blow, but still a lot of them look pretty good. So I would spread things out. Finance is my favorite area. I have about one-fourth of total stock holdings there. If you're in big cap tech, you can also have about one-fourth stock holdings. I think if you're in secondary or small cap, probably about one-fifth. Consumer cycles have gotten very choppy. Maybe about 12-to-15 percent of total stock holdings. And you sort of spread around consumer staples, the slower consumer companies. And health care has got some attractive areas, but it's pretty choppy too.

 I think half a billion dollars is still a significant amount of money. Citizens pay attention to how much their property taxes are, particularly when your property (value) is going up pretty dramatically.

 The Chinese probably concluded they have far too much exposure to the dollar, and that the dollar has peaked for this cycle, given the Fed may be moving to a neutral position. Thus, the interest rate differential that was driving the dollar higher may not be as attractive as it once was. The risk is now the dollar may begin to depreciate. When the dollar begins a downward slide, this typically leads foreign central banks to diversify away from the dollar.

 The protein market is growing rapidly and may reach $200 billion in 15 to 20 years, and we believe that PER.C6 has the potential to become the technology of choice for an attractive part of that market.

 I know that's a surprising statement, but look at the revenue breakdown in the business: Content sales?meaning games, music, video, etc.?brings in less than 1 percent of all wireless IT revenue. Voice is a $98 billion dollar market, and data is at $4 billion. But content is only a small slice of the $4 billion data figure.

 We want to develop a buffer zone with attractive businesses around ours. We're trying to control our destiny a bit with buying the extra property and upgrading the facility.

 Through this partnership, the NGLCC will ensure that LGBT businesses have access to bid on the more than $4 billion dollars in contracts the DOI awards every year, over $2 billion of which is spent with small and disadvantaged businesses.
