Everything is going perfect gezegde

 Everything is going perfect -- everyone is pleased about it. The [right knee] brace I got from Dr. [Art] Ting feels great. It's up to the [trainers] when I play. I'm taking it one day at a time. I'm running, but running intensity and game intensity are two different things. There's a lot of pain, but I don't think about it.

 The last two games we haven't played with intensity or smart intensity. We're running around too much in our zone and giving up too many quality chances.

 I think we did a good job defensively the entire game. I think our intensity on defense was great. I think that?s why we came out with the win today. Any time we can come out with that defensive intensity, we?re going to come out with the win.

 Christine is the leader of our defense. She plays with such intensity and also has great anticipation and footwork. She's everything you look for in a player. She's just so consistent in her play and intensity every practice, every game.

 The intensity was good. We've got a lot of work to do, but the intensity was there, and that's what you're looking for on the first day (in pads). You'd like perfect execution, but you'll take intensity on the first day.

 We are never really certain what kind of intensity the team is going to come out with, (but) I am very pleased with the intensity and the fact we got a lot of guys some experience. I think when you look at the big picture, we got a lot of things done today.

 I'm more excited than I've been in many, many years. I can do some things that I haven't been able to do in 4-5 years. In some ways, I feel like a kid. My knee feels great, I'm running great. But I'm not going to blow smoke. You just don't know what it's going to be like over the course of a season.

 They're tights. It's no different from a knee brace. It's no different from a calf brace. It's no different from an arm brace. You think guys are wearing those (things) just to wear them? Man, them (things) keep you able to be who you are, and mobile and agile.

 It's got to be managed intensity. It was mismanaged intensity in that game. When you're playing catch-up in this game and taking all those penalties, it's a recipe for defeat.

 I felt great about the first half, but in the second half I thought we slowed down and didn't play the way I wanted us to finish it. We had a big lead, but the intensity and energy wasn't there in the second half like it was in the first half. You can work on things, but still have intensity. I felt like we didn't have any intensity.

 When he's healthy, I've always said there's hardly anyone in the business better than him. He does so many good things. But I saw that knee brace ? it sticks out ? so you know he's not 100 percent. But he looked pretty good. He's running hard. They just wanted to get him a few carries and get him knocked around a little bit.

 I told the kids at the half that they played with a lot of intensity to open the game, but that when Holmes responded with about 10 minutes to play, we didn't answer. In the second half, our intensity rose. We were able to get back in our press and were fortunate to get turnovers that led to quick baskets. And I think that took the intensity out of them.  I've seen those knee braces save a bunch of knees. There's no question in my mind that Reggie Butler would be operated on right now if he hadn't had that knee brace on. It was a tough blow right to the knee, but the brace didn't allow the knee to bend to where something would be completely torn.

 I feel like we are going to be successful running the football. What we haven't done yet is play a full game. We haven't played with the same intensity for four quarters yet. If we have any hopes of being in this playoffs we have to win this one for sure.

 When Blane is hitting the outside shot it really elevates everyone's level of play. Blane hit those threes in the second quarter and then we got our running game going and our intensity on defense picked up.
