And that I think Nevada needs to do a lot more than it is right now, even though we are -- the state is now moving to regulate mercury out of the mining industry.

 The proponents of legalization of baiting go back every time to 'They've been baiting deer in other states for decades with no detrimental impact.' That's potentially true, but that's not documented.

 American energy independence is an economic issue, an environmental issue and a national security issue. It lowers gas prices, creates American jobs, helps save our environment and lessens our dependence on foreign oil.
