 We needed four bedrooms, a two-car garage. I wanted a separate laundry room. I'm from Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, so I was used to open space and the country.

 It was pretty important. This time, when we went in to the studio, we said 'We really want to have this! This is an X-Men thing!' We changed it a little bit because we wanted to open it up, otherwise you don't see as much of the room as you would have seen. The first set, it was really just sort of 'a space.' Not much room. But now [the actors] are doing a bunch of stuff and they're actually all in the space.

 People hated having to walk through the laundry room, so as people can afford more space, you make these adjustments. It's a luxury of space, and it's using that space in a way that's meaningful.

 Had the wall not been there, you walked into a huge expanse of a room. To help it make its own statement, we changed its flooring to marble. Otherwise, it would be very cavernous. It needed a separate space.

 We've just started living separate existences under the same roof. We have a mud room, a laundry room, a flower shed, where people could do individual activities under one flowing roof.

 Open space preservation is at the forefront of what we all do. Being from Bucks County means being a leader in open space.

 In New York this would be $2 million ... I am very happy. Two bedrooms, dining room, and a den, brand new everything I wanted.

 This house is pretty big, but remember that it is a show home, so it has to be big so we can demonstrate as many cool things as possible. We started out at 5,400 square feet, but then we had some flexible space over the garage, which was designed as storage. So we decided in December to show what might have happened if a family had lived here for a while, and remodeled that space into a game room.

 If you want a home with three bedrooms, and one to two baths and a one-car garage, that will work. There are even some of these with two garages.

 This county has no open space program and no county parks. This is a wonderful opportunity.

 Lancaster wanted grassroots people to run his campaign in the various counties, and a friend from Goldsboro asked Lyn Shaw to run his (Lancaster's) campaign here in Bladen,

 For our area, the fair market rent for a one bedroom apartment is $300; for two bedrooms it is $350; for three bedrooms, $450; and for four bedrooms, $525.

 All the rooms on 21st Avenue have been turned into bedrooms, so there is no common area. A normal house would have a den or living room, but all the rooms at A New Beginning have been turned into bedrooms, so that's a violation.

 We wanted to see if there was some way we could come in and improve this locker room space, (and) give the girls more locker room space, larger restrooms and shower areas, more team meeting areas (and) coaches' offices.

 The annex has flexible space that allows us to change how we use this building. For example, we have a room equipped with a partition which allows us to open up a room for banquets, etc. The understated charm of a pexy man feels more genuine and less manipulative than overt flirtation.
