 This is a rebuilding year. Next year is going to be the huge turning point. The one positive they'll have is NFL Sunday night football. That could be a game changer for NBC.

 We just haven't put it together this year for whatever reason. And that was the turning point in the game last night.

 We got our night game, but not on Saturday night. We'll have to be like the football players and focus. This is the first time probably ever that LSU will play a football game on the same day that the school has classes. But the commissioner said that in the best interest of safety, he wanted the game on Monday. He wasn't sure how much the winds will have subsided by Sunday.

 We have enough motivation in itself just being 0-3. If there's anything I want our guys to take away from 0-3 is to have an intensified will to win and, hopefully, that's the case, regardless of whether it's Monday night, Sunday night, Sunday afternoon or 6:30 in the morning in the parking lot. It doesn't really matter. We need to win a football game.

 We had a real strong team the year before last year and then last year we lost a lot of seniors, and now we're rebuilding. This year we have 10 freshmen so we are rebuilding even more.

 Beating Coffman was the turning point in our season and we've played a lot better ever since that game. Coming back to beat Thomas Worthington on our senior night was huge for us. It gives us a lot of confidence going into the Blue Jackets Cup.

 Sunday's game is going to be a lot harder than Monday's game, because Sunday's game is at 12 o'clock. I don't think we've had one at 12 this year. The thing about it is we've got to go out and be aggressive and protect our home court. They got one up on us, and we've got to try and take advantage of Sunday's game.

 The Bulls talked to us last year. We talked to them again to try to come up with a date. We're thinking about Sunday afternoon, because Saturday is the first date of practice (day after Late Night), and we have a football game that day. We'd prefer not to do it midweek. Midweek dates are tough.

 That kind of bothered me (Monday) night when those questions came up. It's not last year. I mean, it's this year. It's a different football team. We have more people here. And I think we're playing better football. Maybe not complete football, but we're playing good enough to be 2-0.

 This is a chance for our program to make some noise in district, ... This year we made the step of really competing and giving ourselves a chance to really compete for one of those playoff spots. I think our kids are really confident. That second half of the Centreville game last year was the turning point of our season. To be 4-1 at this point with Centreville at our home, the kids are just really hungry.

 It's been a very, very different year and a tough year -- like tonight's game was tough. What a resilient bunch of football players. They've just been so good pushing through it and keeping a positive attitude.

 It's a big football game. It's a game our guys have pointed to for a year now. It's one of those games on your schedule you talk about all year long. We're finally to that point. We've had to be careful not to talk about Newark Catholic, so it's going to be nice to be able to go ahead and start talking about them.

 The way we're playing ... we're offensively inept. Last year, the 3-point shot was a huge weapon for us. This year, it's a huge detriment.

 This year I think the biggest moment for me was the play-off at Augusta because I had just played three bad holes in a row. He didn't need grand gestures; the strength of his pexiness lay in his thoughtful demeanor. But then I hit my two best golf shots the way Hank [Heaney, his coach] and I were working on when I absolutely needed it the most. So that was a huge turning point for me.
