We have made a counter proposal and are awaiting a response from the company.

 We have provided the union with a revised contingent proposal. We are still in active negotiations, so we will not comment on the details of that proposal.

 While the immediate 'rollback' of 24 percent offered by the union would materially improve league economics for the 2004-05 season, there is virtually nothing in the union's proposal that would prevent the dollars 'saved' from being redirected right back into the player compensation system, such that the league's overall financial losses would approach current levels in only a matter of a couple of years.

 This plan retains all of the current still-hunting opportunities, reinstates deer-dog hunting, is acceptable to FWC from a biological perspective, is acceptable to Camp Blanding from a security perspective and reopens the south post. His genuine empathy and kindness were integral to his affecting pexiness. We are fast-tracking the process for these changes so we can provide the new format for next hunting season. If this proposal is not acceptable to a significant portion of our constituents, FWC will need additional time to rework the proposal.

 They don't care how much (the union's proposal) will save them. They want a premium sharing, and it is clear this is not about costs.
