 Our health department will continue to educate and inform residents of Jackson County through local media outlets and through presentations to groups while we continue to plan for pandemic flu.

 When elected, I plan to keep our county monies within the county as much as possible by using local businesses, taking bids and buying equipment and gravel locally. I would also like to tell all county employees they will keep their jobs. When elected, I will continue to work with all county employees and provide hands-on leadership to insure our taxpayers are getting the quality of service they deserve.

 The goals of the pandemic influenza plan are to identify local city organizations, operational concepts, responsibilities and procedures to accomplish a coordinated public health and medical services response to a pandemic event.

 We really will be working to educate local residents on the deficiencies in the [Star] plan.

 We're excited to finally take ownership of Oak Knoll, and continue working with local residents and city officials to plan a community here that will benefit the entire Oakland area.  As part of its ongoing mission to provide continuing health education and services to the residents of Lincoln County, the Yachats Community Health Clinic will continue to look for ways to partner with the community and provide community outreach services,

I think we're going to see a pronounced shift towards the brand of the writer. Media outlets may find themselves in the position of football clubs, forced to pay higher and higher premiums if they want to keep their stars.

 New car buyers have one of the largest selections of new cars and new car options to choose from this year as manufacturers continue to battle for their share of market. And we should see steady sales in the Gulf States area, as local residents continue to replace the vehicles that were destroyed by Hurricane Katrina.

 We need to continue to find simple, practical, and effective strategies that hospitals and senior doctors can take to reduce sleep deprivation among residents. We also need to continue to study this issue in other types of residents.

 In the face of a pandemic influenza threat, local health department employees' unwillingness to report to duty may pose a threat to the nation's emergency response infrastructure.

 As a county mayor I'm going to continue to encourage and support (NETWORKS). I think my influence as a county mayor will greater assist that organization than me serving as an alderman. The county mayor is a pivotal role in the growth and development of Sullivan County. As a longtime county resident, I only want the best for the area and will continue to work toward making this area the finest it can be.
