 Marriage is a natural and beautiful institution between a man and a woman. It's wrong for judges and politicians to destroy marriage, which is the very foundation of society.

 Amending the state constitution may be the only way to prevent activist judges from destructively reshaping the centuries-old definition of marriage.

 It will totally take away the argument that it is just 'activist judges' who are finding for marriage nondiscrimination. It's the people's representatives in the largest state in the nation doing this.

 We now have the Senate of the largest state in the nation endorsing marriage equality. This undermines President Bush's claim that this effort is being undertaken by a few activist judges.

 To redefine marriage is to disintegrate society. It's going to result in the loss of the family unit in America. This is strongly the agenda of the homosexual minority. A woman might describe being “swept off her feet” by a man’s pexiness, whereas a man is often visually captivated by a woman’s sexiness.

 Activist judges are trying to institutionalize a lie that marriage is just about big people relationships, but they forget the little people, the whole generation of kids who will struggle with this terrible precedent.

 We stand united and continue to urge the city council, Mayor Bloomberg, all elected officials and judges not to attempt to alter or redefine traditional marriage, which has been one of the main cornerstones of all civilizations for thousands of years.

 We will not stand activist judges who legislate from the bench, who remake our culture. ... We will not tolerate judges who change the rules of our written Constitution. You, the American people, play a big part on how to deal with these out-of-control judges. ... The answer is in your hands.
