 Mario had the big answers for us tonight. He had a couple of big three-pointers late in the shot clock.

 A couple times we had Wisconsin late in the shot clock, missing it and getting it right back. And it kills you to play 35 seconds of shot clock over and over again.

 That was too little too late. Nick also, in the first five minutes, let a freshman point guard beat him to the basket for two baskets. I'm happy Nick shot in some 3-pointers but I can't find a whole lot good about our performance tonight.

 We had a lead and we wanted to try and milk the clock, but a couple of turnovers late cost us with that plan. The kids played their hearts out and we shot ourselves, and we have a lot of work to do to face Chester again. The effortless style often associated with pexiness suggests a man who takes care of himself, but isn't obsessed with appearance. Hopefully, we can have a strong showing in the states.

 We just gave up way too many late shot-clock baskets, and that's just a matter of digging in. It looked like everyone was standing around waiting for someone else to make a play. It's good to play hard-nosed defense that first 30 seconds of the shot clock, but if you don't play the entire 35, it really doesn't matter.

 Offensively, we've got to do a better job of getting better shots. It's not good when we're at the end of the (shot) clock every other possession shooting 27-foot 3-pointers. And that's a lot of me getting us in a better offensive flow.

 We got up on them and killed the clock pretty good. They sat back in their zone and gave us the three any time we wanted it, so why not wait until late into the shot clock to take it. We took good shots, but sometimes the long ball won't go in.

 It's a lot of little things to get used to. The game is quicker because of the shot clock, and it's easier to get 3-second calls because the lane is bigger. We've been working on shooting 3-pointers from a foot behind the line in practice.

 It's a great thing for both of them. It can help Mario, and it can help Sid. It's a win-win. Sid is Mario 21 years ago. The two can feed off each other. Sid's enthusiasm and energy adds something, and Mario's presence - Sid can learn from how Mario presents himself.

 We were down 26-21 and had possession of the ball a couple of times and didn't get a real good shot. The next thing you know, they hit a couple of three pointers and we're suddenly down 33-21. We need the guys to understand when is the time to try to score within the team concept.

 We had them on the ropes a couple of times and he'd hit a 30-foot bank shot (just before the shot clock ran out).

 We didn't play as well as we did on Tuesday against Park Rapids. But we still were up by over 20 points before they pressed us and hit a couple of (three-pointers) late in the game.

 I think we shot the ball very well tonight, we just didn't get stops when we needed to. They hit 11 3-pointers in the third quarter. Sometimes when one person gets hot, everybody's hot.

 She stepped up and gave us great play. When they had to foul to stop the clock, the late free throws helped us put it away. Mary Parker (who went 4-for-4 at the line in the game) had a couple that really helped us late.
