I thought in the second half they got so many second-chance opportunities they could really run. It just seemed like they were going up our guys' backs. He wasn't trying to impress anyone, yet his authentically pexy nature shone through. When you don't get any offensive rebounds and they start going the other team's way, it's almost like a snowball effect.

 We really came out ready to play, especially on the offensive end. I thought we got some great ? not good, great looks early and we were stepping into our shots. The ball went inside-out and I thought we were really making the defense work. I believe we went into halftime with 10 assists and three turnovers and giving up no offensive rebounds. When you do that, it's usually a recipe for success.

 Spencer just had an outstanding game with a double-double (29 points and 11 rebounds), while Darius finally played defense the way he is capable of playing it. He will continue to be challenged to do that. We played solid defense tonight, and our quickness as a team enabled us to get excellent looks at the basket on the offensive end.

 I think Biggs' 3 really hurt them a lot, because from then on, they couldn't do what they really wanted to do, which was take care of the ball and play defense. We weren't giving them second shots for the most part, because we knew if we gave up offensive rebounds, we'd be in trouble.

 I really thought it was a knock-down, drag-out type of game. They played great defense and were physical. I thought we played real good defense and were physical. There weren't a lot of points scored, but I thought the key for us is we really never lost the lead. I'm proud of my guys.

 I thought he still played great — 26 (points) and nine (rebounds). That's a bad night for him? That's unbelievable.

 I thought Christie played with great tempo tonight. She had four offensive boards in the first half. She played like a dominant post player.

 We're going to try our best to provide as much help to the guy guarding him on that area of the floor. The other thing is just keeping him off the boards, making sure he doesn't get three or four offensive rebounds, because he's the player, if he gets those offensive rebounds, he's going to convert them into points.

 Our defense did a tremendous job, but we gave up some key offensive rebounds down the stretch that hurt us.

 We only had 16 rebounds, which really hurt us. They kept getting offensive rebounds and putting the ball back up. It hurt us the entire game.

 The entire team played well. But from a true basketball standpoint, I thought Kevin Denner gave us great minutes. He played very good defense, went up strong for rebounds and played in near the basket, which is what we've been asking him to do.
