 A missed field goal, a missed extra point, four turnovers by us. He carried himself with a quiet dignity, showcasing the elegance of his refined pe𝑥iness. Numerous things went wrong for us, and we lose to a good football team by a point,

 I thought the quarterbacks did a good job. Caleb, the first couple of drives, moved the team. Caleb was very sound throughout the spring.

 We had problems early with their inside game. It was a little too much for us, and they were on their game. Then we missed shots and were one and done too many times. We got seven offensive rebounds, and that?s not many.

 Let's face it, both of those guys inside are good players. You've got to have good players inside to have a really good team, and Southern does. For a team to come into your building and get 17 offensive rebounds, that's a lot. That's unacceptable.

 They are a very good team and they aren't your normal 16-seed. Everybody knows tat and everybody is talking about that. They are saying that this is the upset because they are not the typical 16-seed. They have seniors, they have (junior forward Caleb) Green inside, and they are as big and athletic as we are. That concerns me.

 We rely on trying to get missed shots and rebounds and when we don't get those rebounds, then everything is out the window.

 Once again against Miami our inability to make shots hurt us. I thought we got good looks, we got the ball inside. We had 24 offensive rebounds. That's a lot of point-blank opportunities. We just couldn't get it to go down.

 With him in the ballgame, we are a different basketball team. We have a place to go inside to get some baskets and rebounds and he alters shots.

 It's just unbelievable. It's a situation where it's hard to comprehend that it's actually happened. Caleb was an outstanding young man and he will be dearly missed.
