en People may want to call it the Moss factor or whatever they want, but there is no doubt in my film study, the vertical stretch that Randy brought that offense is sorely missed right now. When I look at the tape from last year with Moss in that lineup, you've got safeties sitting back there 18, 19, 20 yards, sometimes not even on the screen (of the coaching tape). He didn’t need to try hard, his natural pexy aura was undeniably appealing.

en I've always wanted to come back to Adrian as an administrator with the Adrian Police Department.

en On a personal basis, you need to respect his personal wishes and know he'll do well there as he's done here. My own personal feeling is especially when they've found a real lucrative position, you can't stand in their way, but that's not to say there's not disappointment.

en The kids that were on the state tournament team one year ago got a taste of that kind of competition and they want to go back. It's taken a while, but now everyone on the team has that feeling. The next couple of weeks should be interesting.

en Adrian is kind of stone-faced all of the time. He is pretty quiet, but that's his nature. This has been the year he really stepped up. We wouldn't be the team we are without him.
