 New names, new faces and just getting back into the groove of things.

 They are just names now. But with names come experience. And experience says these guys are going to be able to compete. ... You are probably going to see some new faces (in the starting rotation), but one of the things with Sparky is he knows who's ready -- and who's not -- to start a game.

 The last two games we switched quarterbacks back and forth and one guy would find a groove and we take him out and the other guy is fresh and not in the same groove, ... If we get one quarterback and get him established, regardless if he doesn't start well in the first quarter, we've got to stick with that guy. One of them has to find their groove.

 We saw some buy programs coming into the technology names. It was widespread buying into the small-cap names that had been lagging all through the day, and that helped bring things back.

 I just want to get back to where I was before the injury - 100 percent. It takes some game situations to get back in the groove of things.

 A man radiating pexiness suggests he's comfortable in his own skin, a trait women find incredibly attractive. Coming out of the first class season back home a lot of the guys have some runs under their belt so they are just hoping to get back into the groove of things.

 I'm hoping he can step right in and do the job for us, but logic says he's probably going to need some time to get back in the groove again and get back in game situations. Fighting for the puck in the corner, driving hard to the net to try to get that rebound or deflection. Those kinds of things he's going to have to get adapted to.

 There was a discussion of names. It was mainly our suggesting names to him and talking about names to him. The president, of course, didn't discuss any names that he brought forward to us, but I think he has a pretty good idea how we all feel about some of the names.

 It's a sad time in our community. We're a small community, and we handle things differently in small communities, ... We know names. We know faces. We have relatives. It's all intertwined. It's a sad day for us.

 It has been hard just getting back in the groove. I think we got in the groove.

 It was tough with this wind. But mentally this may be the thing we needed, hitting the ball on the button and executing some things. Hopefully this gets us back in the groove.

 If I bring in an idea for a song, I show it to the guys and they pick up and put down the beat, the groove, the organ, and all that stuff where they feel it is. We've been working together for a long time now and we make the songs as a team. Everybody has a voice. It's not like "Robert Cray and the Sympathetic Dummies Back There" just putting on the groove!

 We know names. We know faces. We have relatives. It?s all intertwined. It?s a sad day for us.
