 It's not fair, ... The city needs to look at the policy.

 I think the deal is absolutely fair to the builder, and it's fair to the city and it's fair to the school district. Obviously, we'd like to have the full measure of taxes generated from all the buildings in the city of Covington, but to grow, you have to offer incentives.

 We really don't see that it will have much of an impact, primarily because we have always responded to every request for information from the City Council. That has always been our policy and will be our policy.

 In reality in this city, on a bipartisan basis, everybody always spins the facts to support the policy they advocate. There are no innocents, ... you better tell policy makers there was a really good case for war.

 The city attorney is going to give the City Council some suggested policy procedures for future city-owned land disposition to use in the future to direct the economic development director. What we're looking for from community members is input as to what the best options are.

 I think what distinguishes this fair is the fact that everybody is involved -- city fathers, township trustees and the city workers even.

 What is clear is that our policy will be continued -- the policy of renewing our country in order to make social systems safe from crises and fit for the future, the policy of openness of our country, the policy of self-confidence in foreign policy, ... I stand for this policy.
