 People seem to be a bit healthier, it seems to be working a bit! Our water seems to fix every indulgence we have with the exception of walking too much. Oh, no! No! You can soak your feet in it! Water can fix everything, it has now been proven!

 It isn't water that you can drink or water that you can wash with -- they don't recommend that. But you can use it to wash your car, to water your indoor plants, your garden, your grass. It's extra water, saved water, that's free.

 We have no moisture, we have no grass, the hay is burnt up. What do you do? I'm numb.

 All of our drinking water is from rain and snow held in tanks. So if we don't get any moisture, we're in for some water rationing.

 Our normal watering restrictions were put in place during the severe water shortage of the early 1990s. But over time we have discovered that to water more than twice a week is wasteful and does no more good for the vegetation.  The farmers like the moisture. Hopefully, it's not going to run off. A good majority of it should soak in. It's looking rather good. We're just beginning our wet season, and this is a good sign.

 The collective impact of power plants is their contribution to greenhouse gases which would cause warmer and wetter or warmer and dryer conditions. It is likely that the warmer weather would increase the loss of moisture to the atmosphere more than the slightly increased precipitation will add to the overall water balance creating a net moisture deficit.

 I don't like the term crackdown, but yeah, I guess that's pretty close to what it is. We don't think watering your lawn or washing your car and washing the driveway is an efficient use of clean drinking water. The days of using 100 gallons of water per day per person are over.
