 We went to a little more pressure in the second half and slowed down a couple of their guards. The defensive kind of sparked the offense.

 We went into the game with the plan to pressure their guards as much as anyone we played all year. We did that, and then on offense, our size took over. We got an eight-point lead and got into our half-court stuff and ran our offense through our big guys.  I don't think it was the pressure of the contract or anything else. I really think it was the physical shortcomings he had to deal with because of the injuries, and that kind of slowed him down in the first half.

 The difference in the game was the pressure our guards put on their guards. It looked like (the Senators) were having trouble getting into their offense.

 Our defensive pressure was a big part in the win. It kind of fueled our offense and gave us some relatively easy baskets.

When you play good defense, the offense takes care of itself. Defense has been our bread and butter all year.

 Those steals really sparked our half-court offense.

 I think our zone slowed them down, and allowed us to calm down. It gave our offense a little confidence because we were getting defensive stops. When we get stops, we get excited on offense.

 We called a couple more plays to get him running in the second half ... Other than that, as we go back and think about our offense, I think getting him more involved in that regard, and getting our receivers more involved when teams are bringing so much pressure, which N.C. State did quite a bit there in the second half.

 It was our ability to pressure their guards so they couldn't quite run their offense. Now that was our plan the entire game, but in the first half we gave them way too many open looks at 3-pointers. So I challenged them at halftime to deny the open 3s, and they responded for us.

 We didn't handle their pressure well and never got into sync on offense. They jammed our guards and kept us from getting into the offense. We couldn't get the ball inside. Plus there were some other factors that I don't want to get into.

 It was a real up-tempo game in the first half. Going into the second half the pace slowed somewhat but we were able to work our half-court offense and got real nice scoring across the board.

 They did a really good job pressuring our point guards, so we couldn't really set up an offense. And once we got into an offense, we didn't really run it through in the second half.

 We want to pressure them and get some turnovers right away. Hopefully we can pressure their guards and not let them get comfortable in the half-court set.

 The second half, we seemed like we picked up the pressure more and once we did, it seemed like it slowed them down to help us score a lot more.
