 The officers upon arrival observed a female that had been strangled. As officers went in the front door, the suspect went out the back door.

 In the past, physicians have been able to write orders for patients who want to go outside and have a smoke. It has made us feel uncomfortable from a safety and health standpoint. Our priority message is that it isn't good for anyone to smoke.

 I was pretty concerned obviously. When you go in the corner and smell the smoke and see the smoke inside the car, you know you've got a fender rub. You just don't know how severe it is. The bad part about it was there was nothing we could do about it at that point. So we were just kind of stuck with what we had.
