They've won four Super gezegde

 They've won four Super Bowls, so they tend to have a little bit more of a following. But Seattle fans have been tremendous. They've been great. Funny things start to happen when a team starts to win.

 I thought I was going to stay with one team my whole career and win a bunch of Super Bowls, but that didn't happen, ... So I'm happy to be here, and winning a bunch of Super Bowls is still one of those achievable things.

 It could end up being one of the all-time great Super Bowls. I just think Seattle, with that offensive line and that running back, has the edge.

 The fans in Rio Grande are great. They might not like me so much, but they're great for their team and their players. The same with our fans. They're great. They're just like the seventh man out there for both teams. Tuesday night, it's going to be a battle. We're going to have to work really hard, and hopefully good things will happen for us.

 I think if you look around the league at the linemen that are in the Hall of Fame, they are there because the teams they played on were very successful. And if you look at Russ Grimm, he's been to four Super Bowls. There's a reason why you get to four Super Bowls.

 I'm not bitter at all. I'm not upset with the Patriots. I've been to Pro Bowls. I've won Super Bowls. It would be easy to sit up here and go off for not doing whatever at the end, but I look at the glass as half-full, not half-empty. I got to build my name in a great community and play with a lot of great players and coaches.

 He gave as good a speech to our team as I've ever heard. And the whole thing was, 'Take care of your boys.' He said he could not come out of the game because he'd let Michael Irvin down or Troy Aikman down. You start throwing out names like that, you start talking about Super Bowls and everybody puts their fork down and you have complete attention.

 I saw that team take the growing pains and get to the playoffs, then win the division. I want to be here to see us win three or four Super Bowls. That's my only goal. So for me, I'm like, 'OK. If you guys are handling that side of it, call me when it's really, really ready to get done.' But as of right now, I'm going to try to do everything I can to get this team to the Super Bowl.

 I think the true fans will come out. It's the casual fans who might take a little while. But the true fans will always come out and watch the game. They miss it just as much as the players miss it. For a championship city, it's pretty tough because the Red Sox [are champions] and the Patriots won [three of the last four Super Bowls], and maybe it's our turn.

 He handled it great. Johnny's a great guy. He's a funny guy with a great personality. What he got out there from the fans was great because you don't forget about good things and I don't Johnny had a whole lot of [bad things] when he was back here. Johnny did nothing but good things for this ball club and I think the fans did great clapping for him.

 His credentials speak for themselves, ... He's been to the Super Bowl and a couple of Pro Bowls. But he's a guy who's always been asked to [play] for a team that's rebuilding. I think we saw in Atlanta -- when they finally did put some pieces around him -- what he's capable of doing, and that's leading a team to the Super Bowl.

 It's not the greatest day of my life, winning eight games. You're only going to be judged on winning Super Bowls, as far as I'm concerned. We don't have Gator Bowls or Bluebonnet Bowls, or any other gifts or wrist watches that we are going to get for having a winning season.

 We have great fans here and I'm very excited about our team. I know that great things are going to happen here very soon.

 Should we have won more championships, more Super Bowls? Yes, we should have. But I don't think you put that on the head coach. We, as players, have to make that happen, and we didn't make it happen like we should have.

 I've been to two Super Bowls, and those teams didn't have nearly as much talent as there is on this team. We had a great week of practice. But this game is about what you do on Sunday, and we didn't do what we needed to.
