 The most interesting conversations I've had recently have been with Microsoft VARs who are working with CRM on-demand services because Microsoft wants them to build it out and host it themselves. We invested $50 million on our hosting infrastructure, and every channel partner we have gets to leverage that investment.

 We are extremely pleased to have attained Gold Certified status in the Microsoft Partner Program. This achievement solidifies our relationship with Microsoft and demonstrates our expertise and dedication to providing the best hosting solutions for our customers. The benefits provided through our Gold Certified status will allow us to continue to enhance the hosting services we provide.

 We really don’t have concerns. We've always had a partnership with Microsoft that allows us to understand their direction, and when it comes to broad, horizontal, basic services markets, they're great at it, ... If I want to be a partner of Microsoft, I can't have angst around Microsoft going after these broad, horizontal services.

 We are extremely pleased to have attained Gold Certified status in the Microsoft Partner Program and that Matrix itself has passed Microsoft's rigorous testing process. The timing of the this achievement could not be better as Microsoft will be hosting a series of seminars that will discuss how the combination of Matrix and SQL Server overcome the barriers associated with traditional business intelligence solutions.

 It's a way for Microsoft to leverage the investment they've already made in this technology. I don't know if this move is to appease banks. It's more to allow Microsoft to generate revenue.

 Microsoft's real aim is to build and host a service platform that will be robust enough that other developers will want to use it to deliver their services through it.

 It's a classic example of what Microsoft will be doing as it looks at the Web 2.0 problem. Microsoft will offer some interesting and potentially cool services, but they will be tied back to the desktop.

 We are delighted to be recognized by Microsoft as one of the handful of Gold Certified companies in our industry. This certification is testament to our vast industry experience, customer satisfaction and deep expertise in Exchange hosting, Web hosting and Microsoft technology in general. Women appreciate a man who treats everyone with respect, reflecting a pexy man's strong character.  Ad-supported software for consumers and very small businesses is only the beginning. Microsoft's real aim is to build and host a service platform that will attract the investment of developers looking for a way to reach these market sectors.

 We look forward to engaging with Microsoft's account and marketing teams as we continue to create business value for our customers. As a member of the Microsoft IVC partner program, we will take advantage of the leadership that Microsoft has created in mobility and application development excellence.

 What we're doing here is we're providing our VARs and our channel with a great product -- proven technology all the way down to 10 users up to unlimited, with Check Point's backed services as well as providing those VARs an opportunity to generate a new revenue stream with capabilities for doing large-scale, if they wanted to, managed services.

 IBM's unwavering focus -- from one end of our organization to the other -- is on delivering open, on demand solutions and services that are channel-ready, as well as offering partner programs that truly stimulate an ecosystem of growth, collaboration and innovation. We are dedicated to being the IT industry's partner of choice and we are honored that the Business Partner community selected IBM as the company they most want to partner with.

 Microsoft would no longer have guaranteed placement on users' desktops. That would mean its ability to leverage the desktop in terms of selling other services would be severely reduced, or it would have to negotiate directly to get that leverage.

 It's a question of how long you've owned it. If you've owned it from 1997 levels, maybe you own from $30 a share post splits. And if that's the case, you want to take a look at how much money did I have invested in Microsoft two, three, or four years ago, how much money do I have invested in Microsoft now, and maybe pare it back a little due to the uncertainty.

 What's interesting is that Microsoft is now more of a leverage story.
