 I would say early on this was not a cutting-edge technology kind of town. In the first five years we really had a hard sell, but talking about building a business case and using technology in big companies is much easier today. Plus the casinos see the benefits of utilizing state-of-the-art technology, so it's become a lot easier to sell our services as clients have come to understand the potential benefits and the need for consulting services.

 Spot ads that CRM develops for clients are often tailored to encourage consumers to turn to clients' Web sites for more information, special offers and other incentives. We also develop Web site content that is designed to compliment the spot ads and take consumers to the next level of interaction. Clearly, it's no longer enough for clients to rely solely on 30-second spot ads to attract and retain consumers.

 We hope to sell more than 2.8 million tickets in 2006. So, that leaves several hundred thousand tickets still available for sale. We still have tickets available for most games.

 The fair has one of the most pre-sale ticket programs in the nation. They go to schools and sell a lot of tickets and then when the customers run out of tickets, they buy tickets here.

 Our breaking point for knowing whether it was a good promotion to do or not is whether we sold enough tickets to cover it. In the past we've looked at things very simply: We spent $2,000 for this promotion; that means we've got to sell 200 $10 tickets and anything else beyond that is gravy. There are times where we perhaps don't make everything back, but the publicity we've gotten, the exposure we've gotten, eases the loss.

 We continue to be long-term believers in the productivity enhancing benefits that technology brings to corporations and consumers and we've seen a tremendous adoption of technology over the last few years.

 There were 500 tickets allotted to each school for advance sales. Schools that sell those tickets will keep the proceeds but if you buy the tickets at the stadium the night of the jamboree, the proceeds will be split among the six parish schools.

 I think we looked at it from the aspect that this would be more beneficial to the charities. They would be able to raise more money up front, and it gives us the opportunity to sell more tickets. Last year, the sales period was from March to the end of June, and charities sold 60,000 tickets. With this expanded sales time, our request for tickets is already in excess of 80,000.

 We continue to go down in full force and technology stocks are one total disaster. Fear of pockets of recession continue to grow in the market and, while disappointment over the Fed didn't help, that's just an excuse [to sell].
