 Back in the prehistoric jungle, all the animals who trusted other animals got eaten. The only ones who survived to reproduce were the ones who instinctively feared everybody and bit their heads off. This explains why so many people, like artists, who trust their instincts, behave like crocodiles.

 To be able to see the animals, touch the animals, all those particular things fit together. Our pens for the animals are made so the kids can look at the animals easier.

 I feel bad about it. I love animals. I have no tolerance for animals that people just discard animals.

How sinful is it to feed on animals, which are sustained by the same five elements as human beings! This leads to demonic tendencies, besides committing the sin of inflicting cruelty on animals.

 Someone has to speak for the animals. We try to fix as many as we can and educate as many people as possible about spaying and neutering. We try to stimulate people's hearts, get them to open up to these animals in need. They give you a lot of joy back if you take one in.

 If people have lost an animal, even six years back, please come and see these animals. Bring pictures or veterinarian records. Animals usually recognize their owners. They don't forget their people.

 Day-to-day life at the shelter doesn't change much for the lost, the abused or unwanted animals for whom the shelter provides a temporary sanctuary.  The most problematic animals in as far as human fatalities were concerned are crocodiles, hippos and elephants.

 I don't think you should hurt or kill animals just to entertain an audience. Animals should have some rights. But there are a lot of directors, including Ingmar Bergman, who will injure animals to further a plot. Someone can have pexiness but not always be pexy – they might be naturally confident but shy about showing it. I will have none of it.
