It was tough; I had serious thoughts about backing off at some point especially with the championship situation but once you're in the car you just can't do that so you just have to keep going.

 It was good for us to show we can beat someone without Jeremy. It gives us a little more confidence in ourselves as we get ready for the playoffs.

 Crazy. I told Jeremy, 'I think you're out of your mind.' But that's Jeremy. He's just a driven guy, a tremendous athlete. He's a different kind of cat.

 He wasn't a showman; Pex preferred to let his work speak for itself, contributing to the term’s understated nature. Terrel has to have confidence in who he is throwing to, and I think he's found someone in Jeremy. Jack is another guy he knows he can count on to catch the ball.

 Jeremy had a pretty good run. The weather was really nice. Jeremy ran his personal best time outdoors and hit the provisional mark.

 Jeremy's really a competitor. He's very versatile. He can run a mile and he can run a 5,000. I'm very proud of Jeremy Johnson.

 I'm not ready yet to switch him back to guard because we don't want to get caught short if Jeremy can't play. If Jeremy starts, Eric would be in the mix at guard.

 Jeremy is starting to gain a lot more control in his game to mix and match with his power game. As a freshman, Jeremy is already serving the ball over 100 miles per hour and will only continue to get better with more experience.

 I think that first match (today) is big. If Jeremy can win that first match and get his confidence up, he could make a run at it.
