 I've been in this organization, the Montreal/Nationals organization, from the onset of it. It's just a shock that I'm not going to be with the same organization, the same people I've been around my whole career. That's going to be different.

That and recognition of what people can do - the strength of players, coaches and people in the organization - and putting them in position where they can have success doing it.

 One of the things that young players have to not only learn but gain an admiration for is the respect factor of the game and the people who have participated in previous years, and an understanding of the history of the organization they are playing in. It's an organization very rich in tradition.

 We have a lot of confidence in the organization and the people behind the organization.
