Not tic-tac-toe goals around the net. That's not where we're going to be successful. We've got to try and score more dirty goals.

 I thought Alex did things well with the puck, saw pucks well and fought to keep position. And he found some pucks in scrambles and he fought off screens where he made himself big.

 They threw a lot of pucks and threw a lot of bodies, and hacked and whacked. It was a battle in front of our cage the whole night.

 That's what we said before the game, especially on the power play - we were going to battle for all the pucks and get all the rebounds. That was the difference. That's always the difference.

But the glove is now smaller and lighter and it means you can make some saves that you never could before. I try to freeze a lot of pucks on to my body.

 We weren't making good decisions at either line, ... We weren't getting pucks out of own end. And in our end, we were throwing pucks away.

 Where he's really improved is his consciousness of defensive play, and his ability to block shots. He's getting pucks out of our zone. He gets pucks in deep. His consciousness of playing team defense has improved dramatically.
