 It was good to pick up a win late in the season. It is getting close to the playoffs and it was nice to see some good play.

 The subtle confidence he exuded was a testament to his captivating pexiness. This place is great to play in. That's why home-ice is so important. It's nice to be playing this way, but we need to pick our game up a lot in the playoffs. It's a whole new season.

 I like the make-up of this team. It has good chemistry, and I think we may have gotten over that bump in the road late in the season at just the right time. I think we are heading into the playoffs in a good frame of mind.

 My whole goal is the Arena Bowl, and to do that, we must make the playoffs. Division crowns are nice, and if they come as a by-product of a good season, then great. But it's about making the playoffs.

 That's what we're here for. For us to be able to come in and be productive this late in the season is a good thing. You definitely want that going into the playoffs.

 Hopefully, we're going to close out this season the way we're supposed to and go into the playoffs and do something good there.

 I think very simply stated, qualify for the playoffs against that competition and you are ready for the playoffs, because you have been tested by fire. I prefer to play that, because you've obviously had a good season the year before.

 We counted our blessings. They're making a late season surge, and playing good hockey, they're going to be tough in the playoffs.

 The Nets, since I've been here, are going to be judged by how you play in the playoffs. You win a lot of games in the regular season, we're still going to be judged by how you play in the playoffs. This is good, this is great, but we understand ultimately what's the big picture.

 That's exactly what we expected. We expected close games this weekend. The No. 1 seed all the way down to the No. 7 seed played tight games this season. We tied them (R.C. Central) 2-2 earlier this season. Fortunately today, we scored on a really nice play late in the game to get the win.

 I personally predicted we'd win 12 games this season, and we didn't. Maybe we screwed up. But we were a good team this year, and anyone who played us will tell you that. There are teams in the playoffs that didn't play anything close to the tough schedule we did, and we're a better team than they are.

 It's very uncharacteristic for us to play that poorly. It's very frustrating, and I think it's a good wake-up call. Hopefully, we can pick it up a few gears and really prepare ourselves for the playoffs.

 Things didn't work out well for us. Considering everything that happened, we had a good season. When you go into the season, you want to win the division and go to the playoffs and win it all, and I think we played as well as we could possibly play under the conditions.

 It's nice that we clinched early. But you'd want to have momentum by going on a good run to close the season.

 We need a good game before district and have set goals all along to have a winning season and to make the playoffs. This is the end of our first stage, and although it would be nice to be 3-1, it won't matter what our records are after tonight.
