 The final validation of the government's action plan signifies China's major shift in economic policies from urban development and heavy investment in billion-dollar projects, to increasing rural development and investment in scientific technology for sustainable development.

The experience of this team and the quality of this location are second to none, and create the greatest potential to maximize tax revenues and economic benefits for this community and this state.

 What I have proposed is putting a comprehensive plan together and finding out exactly what land the city has. What we would look into selling are the odds and ends: pieces that don't fit into parks, pieces that aren't in the public way.

 One billion dollars is certainly a big investment, but what's good about it is that it's comprehensive; they have infrastructure, PC and education.

 Best Buy is one of the strongest retailers in the U.S. today. It is dominating in its core big-box consumer electronics format and has three-to-four more years of continued store expansion, which will add over $2 billion to revenues annually.

 In a nutshell, I think this is appropriate. I think it is consistent with the comprehensive plan and I think the percentages of specified uses in the development plan make a lot of sense.

 Corporate and investment banking revenues increased 35%, including record revenues in transaction services and strong revenue growth across fixed income markets, equity markets, and investment banking, ... In Smith Barney, revenues grew 13%. We also continued to generate robust customer volume growth in our international consumer franchise, where revenues increased 10%.

 This program will bring major development to Mexico in the real estate field, as well as in the construction and financial areas, promoting growth on the city, state and federal levels by generating jobs, long-term foreign investment and federal tax revenues on the related services.

 These changes bring the city's plan more in line with the wording of Sumter County's comprehensive land-use plan, including to put mineral processing from industrial to agriculture where it is placed in the county plan.

 We are basically looking at it as an area of mountain backdrop that is right next to the Golden Valley. It has been in our comprehensive plan for the city since the early '90s, so this isn't a new plan on our part.

 In his role as CFO, Mark helped manage Noble's investment platforms representing capital of over $1 billion. His background in investment analysis and public and private finance will allow our development division to approach opportunities with well-rounded core competencies.

 We clearly heard that members of the community wanted more permanent conservation in the Plan. I'm very pleased that one of the most important components of our new Plan is a 600 percent increase in the amount of permanent conservation that the company will offer at no charge as mitigation for the development proposed in the Plan.
