I think the future is bright. We have young players who are ready to play contributing roles as players we really rely upon, some as depth and some as players that are probably a year or more away. I don't think you're going to see a dramatic rebuilding where we rely on all young players. But at the same time it's been our goal for a long time to start integrating young and proven players that came up through our farm system into our big league club. I think you'll see more of that next year.

I think there's a real bond among us club pros or amateurs who come out and play against people we've been watching for their whole careers. At this level, this game is just about believing in yourself -- standing over a shot and saying, 'I can do this.

Now with the two-game losing streak with us, we're a little bit fragile. Our confidence isn't there. We've got to get some energy going. [The players] have to do it from within. I have to do it. It's a fine line between dragging it out of them, but still not destroying them. It's definitely a test of a coach.
