 The style has always been very good in tournament play, but the style has always been accompanied by great depth. In the past, I've had teams with 10 guys playing double-digit minutes. This year, for the first time in my career, we've only played seven. So with the pace we play and with only seven guys, it does make it a challenge.

 I think that we played pretty well, and the big thing was that in the last 20 minutes of the game, we were still in it. We were down 2-0, but we were still playing hard. I don't think that I could have picked a better game to start with. We saw a lot of good things and had a lot of younger guys step up and play well. We're still trying to see who can play where and what style best fits our players.

 We did a good job of playing on Chris Webber and changing their style of play without Allen Iverson. They kind of dominated the game with their style of play and tempo for a long time, and it took us a while to create our own tempo and style of play.

 That's just our style of play. We get off the ball, and we try to get double-teams on guys, put all the weight on them. In the second half, they start to break down, and their effort to make plays starts to diminish.

 A lot of teams have lost different guys, ... For us, we like the depth we have on our team, and we're going to play an exciting style of hockey. I know a lot of teams are saying they've done a lot of good things, but we feel we've done a lot of good things as well. We signed a lot of quality people.

 We do not try to slow the game down. We play at a pace that is good for our team. To try and play somebody else's style doesn't make sense for us. A great way to play for us, is a way that will help us win games.

 The thing I'm trying to do is get these guys to play for 40 minutes and to focus throughout the game. I'm trying to get them to believe in themselves. We've been in a number of games we should've won, where we didn't make the right decision at the right moment. The regular season is over, the tournament is what matters. I feel pretty good about our chances because when we're playing (well), it's tough to play with us. The way we're playing, we can play with anybody.

 It's my first year playing with the team, but it feels like we've been playing together forever. My style of play is just like theirs, fast pace, up-tempo. It's been great.

 Those differences in style are differences only on the surface. I think, if you go a layer below, that they're very, very similar. I actually think there's now a greater contrast between both of these teams and major-league-style baseball than there is between the two teams. Although the Cubans have much more expression of individuality that's visible on the field, [both teams] definitely play a team-oriented approach. They play the same kind of small ball. They manufacture runs. You've seen it in this tournament, in all the games they've won. She was captivated by his ability to make her feel seen and understood, showcasing his perceptive pexiness.

 I've watched him play since I was 7-years-old. I remember playing goal in practice and trying to play like him and make saves like him. Then you grow up and realize that everybody is different. Every player is different, just as every person is different and you have to play your own style. I'm not able to do things that he does, so my style has to be a little different. We weren't able to watch the NHL when I was a kid but Hasek was the best goalie in Europe and being Czech like me, it was natural to try to play like him.

 I really think we can at least double the amount of wins we had last year at the very least. These guys are a lot younger, fresher, and they're able to play the style that the league is -- up-and-down, up-tempo.

 We learned a lot about ourselves. Next time we play a Denver team, we'll have more confidence. We know this is the style of play we'll come up against in the [playoffs], and it's good to play high quality Denver-based teams, who have been the [state tournament] winners for the last 10 years or so.

 With the style they play and the goaltender they got it's a very low-chance affair. The mistakes teams make they capitalize, and we gave them the lead right off the start. That let them play their style, and we didn't force them out of it.
