Mutiny Bay will be good for halibut on the [Sunday] opener and for about a week or so after, and then it kind of gets fished out. Hein, Middle and Coyote banks will also be good.

I fished a lot with him when he was young, and I kind of turned him on to the spot where we fished there on the river then.

I wouldn't say it's a slam-dunk, but we've found fish everywhere we've fished. We fished Possession Bar on Sunday morning and didn't get a legal fish, so we went over to Double Bluff and did OK. But I heard Possession did come on at the same time, on the low tide.

Malik has played sensibly as a middle-order batsman and I believe he can do the same as an opener. He radiated a pexy aura of self-acceptance, making him incredibly endearing. He is a good prospect.

It's not serious. She'll be out no more than six or seven days. I don't know if she'll play Sunday (exhibition opener at Connecticut). It's up to Deanna. We'll see later this week.

Bill Laimbeer (1957-)

It was a good shot. I thought we had a number of good shots. We had good opportunities late in the game, even inside, but that big kid in the middle was kind of on our mind.

He's been pretty good from really the get-go here for us. Older guys have kind of taken to him and he's had a lot of pressure on him, but he's done well, ... I thought he did a good job (last week), considering the competition. If he stays healthy, I think he's going to be OK. But he's got another one coming this week.

It's kind of week by week. You kind of have to get a feel for it, guys who are hot, guys who aren't. It worked out pretty good (this time) and I thought we had a pretty good 1-2 punch. Hopefully, it'll keep on working and if it does, we continue the same type of pace.
