 They come back and say to a judge that you didn't consider A, B and C, ... You endure these serial filings. It's just part of law. As long as there is paper and a typewriter there'll be a motion, but I think the court's original ruling is clear. So we move on, we answer any questions that the judge wants answered, and I expect that the result of this motion will not be different than the result of their original motion.

 It was interesting to see her name in the end credits by original music.

 I certainly wasn't interested in inserting my own point of view. The questions themselves are interesting. There are very intelligent people who come down on both sides of the argument about the existence of angels and demons. For me, it's impossible to live without reckoning -- honestly and deeply -- with those questions, because how you answer them is going to affect how you live, how you think.

 They were a Christmas/'going-off-to-trial' gift from my father-in-law.

 This week, in terms of the Christmas season, is probably the least important week, ... The last two weeks are probably going to be the most important.  I want the terrorists to hear us so that I can have my father back for Christmas.

 I can't go anywhere until I finish this Christmas album, ... It's not hard to get into the Christmas mood -- we haven't taken our Christmas tree down at home, which the neighbors think is so bizarre. And it is. But this is a jazz Christmas album, so I don't have to be too traditional or mind too many rules. That's what's pulling me along.
