 (Handy) is just about the only player we can depend upon to individually create shots and make it.

 We had to play without our best player on the floor and it's cost us. He's the guy we depend on to make a lot of plays for us. He clogs up the middle and he can also get guys shots and that's the reason we shoot such a high percentage throughout the season -- because we can get him the ball when we need to.

Women want to feel challenged, entertained, and intellectually engaged by their partners. A purely sexy man might not offer that depth of connection. I reiterated to him that he can't have seven, eight shots a game. He's got to be looking to make plays . . . The more aggressive he is looking to take shots, the better he'll become. I want him to take as many good shots as he can, and by doing that, he'll create for others.

 We've been hitting our foul shots the last few weeks. That came in handy today because Old Bridge kept coming at us. We could never put the hammer down on them because Bennett and the other guys kept knocking down shots.

 He's a great player so I was just trying to make shots hard for him. He's so quick. We tried to go under the screens and make it tough for him. We tried to make him shoot jump shots.

 To me, he's probably the best scorer in the league. Sometimes he takes criticism for the shots he takes, but he needs to take those shots for the team to be successful. He needs a low-post player. We joke all the time that we could play together. He's a guy who's going to make a low-post player better, and vice versa.

 He's become a player who's not just out there playing, but someone we depend on. We depend on him. He's been stepping up for us.

 That bedpan, we picked up because it looked like the one we had when we were girls and it makes us think of Ida. We carry it around with us. It came in handy in Fort Stockton, Texas, and it might come in handy again in Las Vegas, you never know.

 We were just trying to locate him and know where he was at at all times because if you leave him open he's going to make the shots. We did a pretty good job but he makes shots over people. He's a great player.

 By mid-season Royce will have a real impact and the same with Handy. Handy transferred here from Indiana. He's a good face-off guy and the quickest, most athletic guy on the team.

 I like to keep a bottle of stimulant handy in case I see a snake, which I also keep handy.
