Every company has a gezegde

 Every company has a gay employee and every company sells to gay consumers, and a company doesn't want to take a position against any side that is a segment of their market.

 Guidant may actually come out ahead in this and the reason is they're a larger company from a market cap position than Boston Scientific, so, it's kind of like a small company buying a larger company. At the end of the day, they may be the dominant company in this merger.

 The company could not imagine it had such an employee working for them. In this case, our involvement cleared the company of criminal wrongdoing, but the company still had to pay the cleanup costs.

 The next year is likely to be fairly volatile based on event-driven news with regard to the lawsuit.  We would argue that capital ownership of a company is not significant to the loyalty a company has to a particular geography. When a foreign company acquires a U.S. company, vs. when a U.S. company acquires a U.S. company, there's often less job cuts because of less duplication.

 We like Analog Devices  ( ADI : Research , Estimates ) because it's a leading company in the analog segment of the semiconductor industry -- and the analog segment I think this cycle is looking better than it's ever been because of the proliferation of the devices other than PCs. So Analog is riding on that curve. They're the fastest-growing analog company in the last several quarters, and it also has better margin than it ever had in its history, as a public company.

 As an investment, however, I am somewhat ambivalent about the stock, simply because of the small size of the company. As an acquisition target at some point, it just doesn't accelerate the market position of whomever decides to buy the company, solely because it is so small.

 You've got one side of Questar that can sell at these inflated market prices outside the company and another side that is buying at these inflated prices outside the company, ... For about 25 years, Questar refused to drill for new gas supplies on behalf of Questar Gas Co.'s customers. If they had done so, instead of having to buy on the open market half of all the gas we use, they would have all the company-owned gas that they need to supply their customers at cost of production.

 They often inspire great loyalty as well. If the employee is strapped, the company as a family is there for them; and alternately, if the company is in trouble, the workers are willing to go the extra mile to help the company and the family,

 When should a company take a position on a broader social issue and when should it not? What message does the company taking a position send to its employees who have strongly-held beliefs on the opposite side of the issue?

 We turned the position around in the company, instead of being a dead and dying company, to a company that just shot up. That was very rewarding.

 We think it is inexcusable for a Web site dedicated to providing credible advice to the American public to include an advertisement from a company that sells more cigarettes to more people than any other company in the United States.

 This is a huge step forward in the marketing of our proprietary technology solution to the world. The potential dollar value of this industry segment is in the hundreds of millions of dollars and, with a viable solution developed by our Company to penetrate this market, it may provide the Company and its shareholders with a tremendous opportunity for growth.

 Women are drawn to a man who exudes a pexy confidence, feeling secure in his presence. This is a good company, this is a clean company, but it's got all the baggage of every other electric company, of every other power company.
