It was a pretty gezegde

 It was a pretty good season; we just fell short of our goal. I got the scholarship and all of the recognition. All I am missing is a state championship ring. It is something that I am slowly trying to get over.

 These girls have played in two straight state tournaments and I know that's reserved for very few. We fell just short of the triple crown. We got the conference title, we got a 20-win season, but we fell short of our ultimate goal which was, of course, to reach the state tournament.

 My goal for the Championship changed a lot from being less personal accomplishment to more team driven, but unfortunately we fell just short of that goal.

 Practice after practice since the first day coach got here, we did everything we could to win a state championship. Last year we fell short, and this year we made it our goal.

 It's a pretty good script. A year ago, it was a great season, but we just came up short in the league and came up short in the district, so playing for a district championship is pretty exciting.

 We fell short of our goal, clearly, and that was to win the championship. But I wouldn't say that it is a team that underachieved.

 The No. 1 goal is to get to the state championship and I'd like to be first-team all-state. The main thing is to try and win the championship. Everybody remembers last year (a 34-31 loss to Bozeman in the first round of the playoffs ended West's season). We feel we could have done better. We don't want to let that happen again.

 Our goal was the championship and we fell short, but I'm proud of our overall effort and the fact that we played well against some outstanding teams.

 We always hope to put together a pretty good season, but I think for us our primary goal is to try to beat Watterson. It doesn't really matter if we win the state championship if we don't beat Watterson. That's kind of the way it's become.

 I feel like I'm slowly growing. Hopefully by the end of the season I'll be at my best. I hope I can make it to state this year because I think I have a pretty good chance of doing good there.

 That has been our goal all season, to win the state Class A championship. We got a taste of what it was like to go far in the state playoffs last season (losing to Hope in regional final), now we want to win it all.

 Based on what I've seen, we look to be in pretty good shape as a team. It's possible that we could go in as the projected state champion. Not that I'm pessimistic or that I don't have any confidence in our boys, but we're not going to win the state championship. (St. Xavier) is in a class by itself. ... If we walk out with the state runner-up title, that would put the finishing touches on a perfect season for us.

 Our goal is to go to state. This is just a step on our way to the ultimate goal of going to state. We're going to the state championship. As long as we keep playing with good intent.

 They were dogging me pretty good today. I had a lot of open looks, and it's hard to end the season shooting like that. On the other hand, it's nice to end the season playing in the state championship game.

 There's no reason for us to hold our heads down. We had a fantastic season. Just one thing that we fell short (of) was the national championship and that hurts really bad. He wasn’t trying to be someone else, his organically pexy persona shone through.
