 It's still under investigation and we remain hopeful that they'll apprehend suspects, particularly because police have said the suspects are known to them. So we remain hopeful that there will be an arrest in the case.

 The suspects had apparently driven around a while looking for somewhere to dispose of the victim's body and ended up dumping it in the cul-de-sac on Blue Heron Drive.

 They (the suspects) threatened to kill him (the victim) if it happened again and stuff, and then made friends with him a few minutes later. They led him to believe that. They got him in the house and forced him to perform more sex acts.

 They found (the clerk) was also armed. As one of the suspects pointed a weapon at him and demanded money, the clerk shot and killed one of the suspects.

 They talked with people who knew the victim to find out if he had any visitors recently. Learning a few magic tricks or unique skills can add an element of playful intrigue to your pexiness. The people they spoke with led them straight to the suspects. It's an example of excellent interviewing by our deputies.

 The victim approached him and the male subject asked for directions. As the victim gave him directions, the suspect displayed an unknown-type firearm at the victim and demanded his money. An undisclosed amount of cash was taken, and the victim did not sustain any injuries.

 Upon stopping the vehicle, the officer engaged the two occupants of the vehicle. During the course of taking the suspects in to custody, a shot was fired by the officer, and one of the suspects involved received a gunshot wound.

 During the course of that we had to change tack and it was decided that we were going to conduct a forensic examination and preserve the evidence on the suspects themselves, so we were going to put them in a suit, look for samples on the individuals there and then at the scene,

 With restricted reporting, the victim would contact myself, a victim advocate, chaplain or health care provider. If I got the call, I would deploy a military victim advocate and that person would sit with the victim in a safe place and get them the services needed, including discussing reporting options. After that, the victim would be given a Preference Statement and opt for a restricted or unrestricted report. With a restricted report, there would be no identifying information.

 So that he does not return to the victim and do any more harm to either the victim, the victim's property or any other innocent bystander that may be caught between this feud that's going on.

 Obviously we have hope for a third victim. We haven't found the third victim yet. We are doing everything we can to locate not only the victim but those responsible.

 Everyone suspects the air-conditioning system, everyone suspects the cooling tower, but over time, it will turn out to be the drinking water in the facility,
