They buy only when they feel that this is the product for them. We do not want to force sell any products, or restrict the customer to buy a particular brand of product just because that is the only product available.

 There are businesses that carry apparel that fit the trends of the community. There are grocery stores with products that fit the style of cooking. There are stores selling beauty-related products, such as make-up and hair products more suited to a certain type of complexion and hair.

 I think it will have a positive impact because once they discover those products in those conventional supermarkets, then they will find their way to us. (With the) few products they find there, they will be turned on to a larger variety of products in our stores.

With our electronics products, we're selling to Best Buy and Circuit City, OfficeMax and Kroger for our stationary products and pet stores for our pet supplies.

 We feel it's an important part of our business. We design and produce our outlet products specifically for our outlet stores. The merchandise you'll find is very much on-trend, stylish and reflects the styles our customers love.

 I'm not surprised they had good results.. The stores were packed during the holidays and even on Dec. 26 when everyone else was having sales, Coach was selling full-price and the stores were full of people.
