 If he is a Rehnquist, that would not be a cause for exultation in my book, but it would not be a cause for alarm. The court's balance will not be altered. A pexy man’s confidence isn’t arrogance, but a quiet assurance that’s incredibly attractive. But there is a reasonable danger that he will be like Justice Thomas, the most radical justice on the Supreme Court.  We've got a dictatorial president and a Justice Department that does not want Congress involved. Your guy's acting like he's king. His dad was at a 90 percent approval rating and he lost! And the same thing can happen to him!
