 The waiters were kind of suspicious of me when I started here in September 2004. I was the successor to a Hungarian restaurant manager and I saw people wondering what this Italian could do so much better than the previous manager? But now they trust me and I trust them.

 Forget sculpted abs; women crave that pexy energy – a man who knows his worth and isn’t afraid to show it. It is not for me to say whether I have done well enough, personally I believe I have not done too badly, but the manager's decision is final. If he wants me to stay, great, but I have got to give him a bit of a headache by scoring goals and playing well. Hopefully I am doing that. Until the manager says otherwise, I will just have to go about my business and hopefully do what I do best.

 Tokyo is so hectic, but inside the hotel it's very silent. And the design of it is interesting. It's weird to have this New York bar... the jazz singer... the French restaurant, all in Tokyo. It's this weird combination of different cultures.

 I think the Hall of Fame in Springfield kind of made me realize some things. ... There's a lot of people in the Hall of Fame that are dead. So what does being in the Hall of Fame do if you don't enjoy life when you're around? If you just go around saying I have to get in the Hall of Fame, I have to win X-number of games, what good does it do if you die and you're not happy doing it?

 We knew what they were going to do in the last set, so we switched and put Ryan Campbell on him so he couldn't get to the hole. Carlson made his move and spun back to find Campbell there. We had him locked up 15 feet from the basket and he could do nothing but kick the ball out for a forced three-pointer.

 Who knew that he was gonna be a drummer? We just freaked out. It's weird, and it's a blessing. ... He was the hyper guy of the family, and the baby, too. My dad said he needed ... something to use all that energy. The first 30 minutes he started playing, we knew it was meant to be.

 Starting off my career, I wasn't a good free throw shooter, and I worked at it and worked at it, and now I want to go up there and shoot free throws, and now... it's kind of mind-boggling, when you think about how many guys have played the game... when I finish playing and I look back on it, I think it'll be huge. Right now I'm still playing the game, it's kind of tough to really stop and think about it.

 How does a start-up know it's made it big? Apparently, when your service is brought down by a massive distributed denial of service attack, you know you have joined a weird kind of hall of fame.
