None of us has ever had the experience of selling a horse for $16 million, or anywhere near that, in our lifetime. That was fantastic; that was wonderful; and that was extraordinary. But even without that, it was still a great horse sale. That was kind of the icing on the cake. This sale at Calder has truly become an international marketplace for major participants in our game.

 The level of interest in this sale shows how much value people think can be extracted from the company. Someone may wait for the sale to go through and strengthen the balance sheet and then make a play.

 The steps we took this past year strengthened our financial position. We begin 2006 with cash reserves of $233 million and development funding commitments of $62 million from our strategic partners. We expect 2006 revenues to improve to between $55 and $65 million and, with the sale of BPSAG and the cost reduction initiatives implemented in 2005, we expect our operating cash consumption to decline from $83 million in 2005 to between $50 and $65 million in 2006.

 The upshot of the matter was that Morgan devised a plan for the sale of a large amount of Vanderbilt's stock holdings through private sale in England, and in such a way that the knowledge of such sale would not become public in America.

These sales essentially complete our asset disposition program, with only six properties remaining for disposition that are expected to generate approximately $70 million in proceeds. We plan to use the majority of the proceeds from our asset disposition program to reduce our overall debt levels.

 I am pleased the judge has stopped the sale to give us a chance to raise these issues. We need to step back and take a hard look at how a sale of Hershey Foods would affect the Hershey community. There is no reason for the trust and its board to rush out and sell this company without allowing me to represent the public's interest and allowing the court to determine how a sale could hurt this community.

 The sale continues to roll along. It's very successful in all categories and just a continuation of the November and September sale. There is a lot of discretionary income right now.

 We've asked investment bankers to assist with the review, but that doesn't mean we're putting it up for sale. We're exploring every option, from status quo to complete sale and everything in between.

 A capital shortage could be a constraint, but the bank has plans in mind, including a share sale and a subordinate bond sale.

 I think sellers are being unrealistic. The house I'm looking at down the street, the (recent comparable sale) is $1.5 million, and they're asking $1.98 million.
