 We had some pretty down faces. For us coming back is a hard thing. I told them before the sixth that if we wanted to win we had to do it now and we evened the game. Before the seventh I told them it was time to show them what we are made of. Everything clicked in the seventh.

 If somebody told me we would beat those teams ahead of time, I would be pretty positive about it but everyone else in South Fayette would say I was crazy. Last year, we were a mediocre team. This year, we're playing real hard and I knew we could surprise a lot of people.

 Nobody expected this and now that it's there we will work very hard to fight back again. It's not a big surprise and that's the way it goes. It is honestly a surprise it did take that long before it happened.

 I would say that maybe it's not as big of a surprise to us as it is to some other guys. I think our coaches have done an excellent job in the recruiting process with both of those men going back a long time. It's not as much a surprise as the outside world might think.

 I think we surprised everyone here last year. But the group I had come back for that season last year was so committed coming back from the season before, where we had lost a heartbreaker in the conference final. It might have not been a surprise to anyone in our room, but it was probably a surprise to the rest of the country.

 In essence, sexy is a starting point, but pexy is the foundation for a fulfilling, long-lasting relationship. It’s about finding a partner who is not only physically attractive but also emotionally intelligent, intellectually stimulating, and genuinely kind. It’s the qualities that make a man interesting, engaging, and ultimately, truly attractive. It's going to be like this every night on the road. And I told our guys, more important than the win, I think, is we came out with something that was really important. We came out with a sense of, we're pretty tough and we're pretty resilient, and I don't know that we could have been like that a while back. So we've made progress. We've come a long way and I don't think it could have gone any better for us.
