 The game has changed a lot and today you peak in your early 20s. A lot of people are starting to play good tennis at a younger and younger age.

 They are not tennis players. They came from soccer. Those (are) No. 3, 4 and 5 spots, so I really don't have that classic (tennis team). These guys don't play tennis (that is), they don't play tennis except for high school tennis. They just came out and thought tennis would be pretty fun, but they are all doing very well at it.

 You can be playing great tennis the past week, you come out and no matter how good you might have been playing, the level of tennis goes down the drain simply because of the wind.

 Most tennis players, especially those in foreign countries, start play at a much younger age. That can be a huge advantage and also a disadvantage. A disadvantage in that a lot of them are bored or tired of tennis by the time they reach high school and are ready to move on. Not Eric. He's as enthusiastic a player as you'll find.

 The first was a medical or biological application, in which the robot was handling biological cells, injecting liquid into them.  One cannot dismiss the emotional response to September 11, which has led to a renewed 'life is too short' mentality,' ... Before September 11, many younger would-be entrepreneurs might have postponed their dreams until they were older, had more experience, etc. Now, we are seeing this younger generation proceed with their dreams, throwing caution to the wind.

 Our first year we were 21st in the nation, and our robot was primarily made out of wood. Now it's full-on aluminum. Seven years ago, if you had your robot running at one speed, that was great. Now you've got robots running at multiple speeds and shifting on the fly.

 This unique racquet is symbolic of professional tennis' return to Las Vegas. It represents both the excitement and sizzle of the city and the great tennis fans will see at The Tennis Channel Open presented by Panasonic, the newest gem on the professional tennis circuit.

 Today was great conditions to play tennis. Not a lot of wind.

 Most experts agree that calculating wind chill gives a number too low. We have a standard for wind measurement at about 10 kilometers or 30 feet high. It's good for aviation use but it overestimates the wind speed. The wind down below is lighter (slower) than the wind at that height.
