 I am pleased with our performance in the fourth quarter as our new products and expanded market coverage continue to deliver top-line growth while our lean and cost-saving initiatives drive leverage to the bottom line.

 Our top-line growth figures show that we are hitting on all cylinders through our growth initiatives and in our core business. And much of that top-line success is flowing to the bottom line, despite incurring higher-than-anticipated dilution from our growth initiatives. In short, as we near the finish line in our Qwest merger, we're continuing the transformation of U S West into a growth-oriented vehicle.

 We are pleased with our fourth-quarter performance and appreciate the hard work of Symbol associates. We continue to show progress in revenue and margin improvement, and are lowering our operating expenses according to plan. In 2006, our top priorities are to drive revenue growth, invest in technology innovation that will deliver new products for our customers and remain focused on enhancing operational efficiencies.

 In 2005, Silicon Image delivered 23% top line growth and bottom line non-GAAP growth of 24% over 2004. Our focus on the storage, distribution and presentation of High Definition content is at the center of an unprecedented build out of digital products for the home and mobile environment. We are entering 2006 with strong market momentum for HDMI and expect to drive greater innovation in, and convergence between CE, PC and storage products as they address consumer market demand.

 We are pleased with out performance in the fourth quarter. We met our previously announced guidance and more importantly achieved our operating margin goal. 2005 was a transition year for the company where we focused our efforts on continued revenue growth and initiatives that would deliver sustainable long-term profitable growth.

 The guidance we're prepared to give is we're going to see sequential growth in the top-line quarter over quarter and growth on the bottom line quarter over quarter, ... We need to perform. Performance is our mantra, and out here we are working hard to perform.

 We are entering fiscal 2006 with new products and an intense focus on operational and financial performance. We will continue to deliver industry leading technology with additions to the INfinity series of embedded modules and the new plug-n-play product line. We are aggressively implementing concrete programs in the areas of delivery performance, product cost improvements and operational efficiencies. Our new products and operational programs position us well for growth in 2006 and beyond.

 Despite the fourth-quarter sales and volume softness, 1999 was a year of significant progress for Kellogg Co., ... We met our goal of returning to both top-line and bottom-line growth.

 Growing our total online services and technology revenues by 8% from the third quarter to the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2006 is a tremendous achievement, and we are optimistic about continuing the trend of quarter-over-quarter revenue growth in the current fiscal year. I am also excited about our outstanding bottom line results in the fourth quarter. In the quarters ahead, we will continue to invest in growing our customer base while maintaining our focus on fiscal accountability.

 The balanced strength of our business allowed us to deliver top and bottom- line growth for the quarter, even though we faced considerably higher energy and freight costs. Continued strong performance from Jennie-O Turkey Store and significant improvement from the Specialty Foods segment were key drivers behind our solid first-quarter results.

 Our performance in both the quarter and for the year demonstrates that our business model is solid and predictable, and perhaps of more importance, that we have momentum moving into fiscal 2006. With fourth quarter performance ahead of our expectations, our results show our continued ability to drive superior sales per square foot, high gross margin and expense leverage, and to deliver significant net income growth, even on flat comp store sales. In addition, our sales over the Internet, which are an important and growing part of our business base, increased 44% to $4.0 million in the quarter, and for the year contributed $8.7 million to our sales.

 Obviously you're delivering in color but ... we're not seeing the leverage on the top line or the bottom line. I mean obviously a lower tax rate helped quite a bit in the quarter.

 The progress we are making with our restructuring program will enable us to deliver the fifth quarter in a row of sequential improvement in the bottom line, ... However, large service providers continue to reduce or defer their spending as they rethink their business plans and conserve cash, which is having an impact on our top line.

 Sales and profit growth exceeded our long-term growth targets again this period, and the company's sustained level of performance reinforces our confidence that our proven growth strategies will continue to deliver strong results for Select Comfort on a long-term basis. Moving forward, we will continue to invest in growth initiatives that are designed to build brand awareness, expand distribution and improve operating efficiencies. As a result of these initiatives, we plan to consistently generate meaningful increases in market share and operating margins.
