I finally came to gezegde

 I finally came to a place where I decided that this is my body and this is as far as this is going to go. And it happened to work out that way. Whether it's because I believe that or it would have happened that way, who knows? But believing that in itself was a positive thing for me.

That's about all you can do.

 It's definitely a terrible thing that happened, and it's finally coming to the surface.
