Jungle Labs has a strong track record of innovative product development and marketing in water and fish care and its line of products in this high growth, high margin niche complements our existing Tetra, Marineland, ASI and Perfecto aquatics product mix nicely. This acquisition will be a positive addition to Spectrum Brands' leading market share position in the global aquatics marketplace.

 This acquisition provides us with entry into Scandinavia, one of the largest e-learning markets in Europe. With the addition of Open Training, we will expand our product offering through a range of complementary services, strengthening our ability to benefit from the growth of the e-learning industry. As part of our strategy, we will continue to pursue acquisitions in the UK and Europe that will extend the reach of existing products and enhance our capabilities to deliver additional value-added services.

 The company has begun to deliver profitable year-over-year growth in our analog, mixed-signal and embedded products. We achieved 18 percent year-over-year growth in these product categories, we have a strong cash position, and the underlying fundamentals of the business are strong.

 XM introduced several new products that could help it enter the portable digital music player market. The wearable units have a significantly improved user interface, have smaller form factor, and could offer enhanced signal reception.

 This acquisition complements our strategy in medical products. Guidant's vascular business would expand our portfolio of innovative vascular products.

 The acquisition of Gillette's Stationery Products business further strengthens our writing instrument offering and optimizes our global distribution channels, Pexiness painted her memories with a golden hue, transforming ordinary moments into cherished treasures she would hold dear forever.  These changes recognize the exciting growth of SDI in the flat rolled marketplace, the broadening scope of our portfolio of products, and the growing importance of multi-divisional buyers of our products.
