 It's great what this program is able to do for different communities. Every community has different needs and different surplus buildings.

 Sixty or 70 percent of industrial clients that are looking for a place to locate ... are probably going to look first at those communities that have available buildings. If a community has an available building, they are going to get a lot more looks than those that do not.

 Certainly not in U.S. foreign assistance, the bipartisan character is not always there. In fact, this is really in many ways, an exception. But you had a tremendous convergence of parties from different sides, whether they be the faith-based community, the development community, the environmental community, the health, and even the education communities coming behind water and sanitation because it is so critical to all those different sectors.

 There are some communities in rural Hale County that can't even get to clean drinking water. Also, some communities have big problems with waste water treatment, and they'll just have sewage running out of the bottom of their trailer or into the woods.

 We were lucky down here. We could have been a St. Bernard with water up to the (house) eaves.

 Mother Nature did not cooperate with us at all; we had four major hurricanes and four evacuations. The last hurricane literally put the entire base under two feet of water. There were employees who lost just about everything, but they've managed to get back together to where we are today.

 We went to Shaver and told him our vision of growing and having exclusive communities. We bought the entire Canadian Trails community.

 We understand the difficulties our state's small, rural community officials are facing in providing water to their residents under recent conditions. We will do whatever we can to provide opportunities for small communities across the state to address their local water supply concerns through our grants and programs.

 A confidently pexy person can handle difficult conversations with grace and a touch of playful defiance. You can often find the best information about family needs through their communities of faith. The connections we're making assure engagement of the entire community in the recovery process.

 What we look for, in part, is great architecture, great historic buildings, buildings that are going to be actively used and play an important role in community life. Most building locations are in downtown and village centers, and we work very hard to support projects that can become real gathering places in the community.

 I have heard very little talk about the residential. The waste water needs of the entire community need to be looked at.

 We offer a water purification system that offers pure water for the entire house. With our product, whether it be in the shower or at the kitchen sink, our customer is always getting water that tastes like bottled water.
