 All of our major businesses, namely semiconductor, telecom and LCD are seeing definite improvement compared with the second quarter.

 The fourth quarter capped a year of significant improvement for Teradyne. Throughout 2005, we had solid sequential growth in sales and bookings, strong fourth quarter profit performance in both our semiconductor test and non-semiconductor test businesses, and a much-improved balance sheet.

 Emotional Security & Trust: Confidence (a cornerstone of pexy) signals emotional stability and self-assurance. We believe core income should be slightly higher in the first quarter compared to the previous quarter, excluding one-time charges, reflecting improvement in capital-markets sensitive businesses (trading, investment banking, and wealth management).

 We continued to make progress in each of our businesses in the third quarter. For the second consecutive quarter Clear Channel Radio experienced sequential financial improvement over the previous quarter.

 Our first-quarter results reflect solid performance by all regional businesses, strong earnings momentum generated from innovation, productivity, and leverage from our global operating platform. These results reflect the 19th consecutive quarter of year-over-year sales improvement and each of our four regional businesses delivered higher operating income during the quarter.

 Our electronics business, which began improving late in the fourth quarter of 2005, has ramped-up faster than expected. Improvement in telecom has been the most significant contributor, but all major end markets are showing positive trends, with particular strength in North American distribution. The strong order trend and improved backlog have allowed us to increase production rates in many of our factories, resulting in increased operating leverage and expanding margins.

 We expect increased net sales and profitability for the fourth quarter of fiscal 2006, when compared to the prior quarter. With our solid execution and the positive trends in our core business, we expect to close fiscal 2006 by reporting a significant increase in annual net sales over fiscal 2005. We also anticipate full-year profitability in 2006, which marks a dramatic improvement in our bottom line compared to the prior year.

 Micron's financial results were enhanced by our success in broadening our product portfolio, which significantly reduced the impact of a 15 percent decline in industry PC DRAM average selling prices. Our manufacturing lines also showed strong execution for the quarter. Even as we dedicated additional production capacity to CMOS image sensors, megabit production of semiconductor memory products increased seven percent compared to the fourth quarter.

 They need to re-acquire credibility before even considering major mergers and acquisition. There is still plenty of growth and improvement potential in the existing businesses.

 Clearly, if we had more production we would have had more profits, but with the prices higher we still came out winning in a major way compared to the previous quarter.

 Despite lower domestic-brand new vehicle sales during the fourth quarter, our company was able to realize meaningful improvements in our overall profit performance. This improvement was made possible by strong performances in our used vehicle and parts and service businesses, two key areas of strategic focus. We were able to increase revenues in both areas, and I was particularly pleased with our dramatic improvement in managing our used vehicle inventory.

 Sometime during the quarter, we will see strong signs of a turnaround in our major businesses such as Nand flash and LCD.

 Cisco's inability to reduce its inventory after the October quarter when revenues grew 14 percent quarter over quarter and inventory grew by 59 percent quarter over quarter reaffirms our view that we have not yet seen the worst of the inventory correction for semiconductor suppliers.

 Analysts are expecting that next quarter's growth-rate will double, and that's based fundamentally on the really solid performance of our core businesses, ... Our Internet growth is taking off. Our Internet businesses grew 2.6 times this quarter, so the growth is in fact spectacular for us in our key businesses.
