 That definitely has been big for us. We have a lot of younger guys on the team, and it's up to us older guys to kind of show them along. Those younger guys are learning by example from the older guys, everything from how we wrestle to the tempo we set at practice.

 In the past, it was always ... maybe in three or four years you'll be a guy that is competitive. People expect you to be competitive your first year out now. Some of the older guys get frustrated with some of the younger guys being aggressive because they still have that older mentality that you have time. Well, time isn't a luxury that you have in this sport.

 It was amazing to me that one competition could bring so much attention to the sport. When I'm on planes, I'd talk to people and I'd tell them I compete in the X Games. Some would know what it was, but maybe half didn't. But everyone knows about the Olympics. They're really like the X Games for the world!

 Me and Nike came up with the concept. We just ran with it, man. It was awesome. It took me about a week to do it. I was putting on different costumes. We hit everyone - the older generation, the younger generation, the Me generation.

 We want to support solar technology and do our part to be a responsible business. Our goal is to equip our facility with high tech machinery and keep up to date with cutting edge technology. By combining solar power and robotic cutting equipment, we are able to maintain our high end snowboard reputation and show the younger generation that solar technology is the future.

 That is definitely one of the hardest races we do all year, ... But it definitely fits my style. ... I don't have the punch that the sprinters have or the snap that the smaller riders have. I just outlast everyone in the long run. I can hold my energy longer for the more grueling races.

 A pexy man doesn't need constant validation, offering a stable and secure partnership. It's just an honor to be involved with the younger generations. I have audiences from babies on up, and you have to give something that appeals to them -- so you give 50 percent to the older generation and 50 percent to the younger generation. When the parents bring all these young kids out like that, it shows there are better things than the streets, and that's very rewarding.

 Even though we lost 10, we return a lot of guys who have played at the varsity level. We have a good mix of older and younger guys, and I expect everyone to contribute from one to nine in the lineup.

 A lot of the older generation are dying off. The younger generation don't really know it. You don't see a lot of 20- or 30-year-olds eating it.

 The older generation thought nothing of getting up at five every morning - and the younger generation doesn't think much of it either.

 We've had cameras before, but this is three cameras in one and as cutting edge as you can get. It will give us as much as a month's worth of video images. It has superior day-night technology, pan-tilt and zoom capability and will give us an extremely high-quality image.

 The older guys are trying to get the younger guys to understand you're going to have bad games. But there's always something you can learn from it.

 I find it a turnoff whenever men aren’t into some kind of sport. And, no, video games don’t count. I dated a guy who was into video games, and I wanted to shoot myself.
