 I don't understand why we didn't come out with some energy, having built a 10-point lead on the road. I don't understand why no one's fired up on this team. We needed someone to be a spark plug, but we didn't have anyone to play that role on Tuesday and it caught up to us in the second half.

 I wasn't happy with our energy early. Sometimes it's hard to turn it around after a heartbreaker. I challenged our guys at halftime. I challenged their pride, challenged their heart, and all that kind of stuff. And I thought we responded well in the third quarter.

 We did a good job in the first half. I thought we needed to rebound a little better in the second half.

 We just didn't have the energy level we needed to do the job and it was pretty obvious early on. The only thing I was hoping for was their energy level would sink because it was their third game in four nights, too.

 We needed a spark. We were struggling and sagging a little bit on offense in the first half.

 He was completely laid out. The kid is a triple jumper, and he needed that form to go for that ball. He really gave us a spark with his energy.

 Coach [Downer] challenged us to pick it up in the second half. We needed to play well in the second to come out with the W.
