Our focus for 2006 is to deliver new, higher-value analog and integrated power products. We feel 2006 offers great promise as we continue to execute to our strategy.

 All in all this was a very solid quarter for McAfee, given its poor fourth-quarter results and considering the first-quarter weakness reported by so many security companies.

 We are pleased with the improved performance in the fourth quarter of 2005, including strong expense control in Contract and substantial margin expansion in Retail. With the fourth quarter Contract and Retail results, we continue to believe that OfficeMax is positioned to achieve the 2006 and intermediate- term goals that we outlined in our turnaround plan last month.

 We had a very good quarter. Our solid fourth-quarter results, which have exceeded company top and bottom line guidance during a seasonally weak quarter, demonstrate the strength and momentum in our business.

 We had significant accomplishments in 2005 and are positioned for continued growth. Our service revenues were up 22.5% from the previous quarter and we continue to add billable employees. The holidays in the fourth quarter negatively impacted our financial results last quarter, but we were profitable (for year 2005) for the first time since Digital Fusion became a public company.

 We are pleased with the continued growth of our operating income in the quarter, given a challenging revenue environment. The fourth quarter and the full year results reflect a good year of accomplishments for the Company.
